Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Satiara (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Wait-list data, your email address and the page where you joined, so we can confirm your place and tell you when Satiara opens. Duplicate submissions are combined.
Account data, your name, email, and hashed password.
Site data, the URL and connection details for websites you add, and the content we read, plan, or produce for them.
Billing data, handled by Stripe. We store your plan and a Stripe customer reference, not your card number.
Google data (only if you connect it), read-only Search Console and Google Analytics metrics used to guide content and reporting.

2. Google user data

Satiara’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Scopes we request: webmasters.readonly (your Search Console data: queries, clicks, impressions, positions, and per-page index status), analytics.readonly (your Google Analytics 4 metrics: sessions, conversions, and revenue for the property you choose), plus openid and email to identify which Google account you connected. All scopes are read-only: we can never change anything in your Google account.
What we use it for: solely to provide the SEO features you asked for, mapping which searches your pages win, finding pages to improve, diagnosing indexing problems, and reporting results (including the leads and value estimates on your dashboard).
What we never do with it: we do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not let humans read it except for security or support with your consent.
Disconnect anytime: from Settings in Satiara, or from your Google account permissions. Disconnecting revokes our access; stored Google-derived reports are deleted with your account.

3. How we use information

To operate the service, analyze your site, plan and produce content, track performance, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account.

If you join the wait-list, we use your email only for launch and closely related access updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

Supabase, database hosting (your account and site data).
Vercel, application hosting.
Stripe, payments. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
Anthropic, AI content generation. Site content and the business context you provide are processed to write your articles; we don't permit training on your data.
Resend, transactional email. Your name and email address are shared with Resend to deliver account emails (verification, password reset, reports, billing notices).
SEO data providers (e.g. DataForSEO), keyword and search-results data. Your keywords and domain are sent to retrieve metrics; no personal data is shared.

Content you approve for publishing is sent to your own website.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Passwords are salted and hashed; access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Wait-list entries are kept until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to delete yours.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

7. Cookies & analytics on our own site

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics 4 on our own pages to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type); Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this. We don’t use advertising cookies and we don’t sell visitor data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting how Satiara works.
