These Terms govern your use of Satiara (“Satiara”, “we”, “us”), an automated SEO and content service for websites. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Satiara analyzes your connected website, plans content, and, with your approval and access level, drafts or publishes articles, adjusts on-page SEO, and reports on performance. You control the access you grant and can change or revoke it at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any website you add.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
You agree not to use Satiara to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to manipulate search results in violation of a search engine’s guidelines in a way that risks penalties, or to connect a site you do not own or control. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published where your access level allows review.
Content Satiara generates for your site is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to produce, store, and deliver it. You are responsible for the content that appears on your site.
Satiara relies on third parties including Google (Search Console and Analytics, at your option), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), and data providers. Your use of connected third-party services is also governed by their terms.
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Satiara is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satiara’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using Satiara at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
